What happens after I book?

You get a confirmation email and text within minutes, including your account details and your first scheduled service date. A few days before your first cleaning, we will send a reminder to leave your bins out at the curb, empty, on your regular trash pickup day. Our technician arrives shortly after your trash truck, once your bins are empty, so you never have to move them twice. We clean the inside and outside of each bin using high heat pressurized water, then apply a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment. Your bins are left spotless at the curb, and you get a text confirming the service is complete. For recurring plans, this repeats automatically on your chosen schedule. You can log in anytime to change your plan, skip a cleaning, or update payment details.

How soon is my first cleaning?

Most first cleanings happen within one to two weeks of booking, timed to your regular trash pickup day. Your exact date is in your confirmation, and we send a reminder text a few days before.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your bins at the curb, empty, on your normal trash day and we handle the rest. We do not need access to your water, your power, or your gate.

What if I forget to leave my bins out?

Let us know before your service window and we will move you to the next available date at no charge. If we arrive and the bins are not out, we text you and reschedule once for free.

Is there a contract?

No. Residential plans are month to month with no commitment. HOA and commercial accounts use a simple written agreement so pricing and schedule are clear for everyone.

How much does it cost to clean extra bins?

On our monthly residential plan the first bin is $20 per month and each additional bin is $15. New customers pay just $15 per bin for their entire first month. Additional bins cost less on every plan because we are already at your curb.

How do you clean the bins?

We lift each bin and blast the interior walls, floor, lid, and exterior with pressurized water heated to roughly 200 degrees, then apply a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment. The heat and pressure remove the residue a garden hose leaves behind.

What happens to the dirty water?

All of it is captured in a tank on our truck and disposed of at an approved facility. Nothing runs into the street, the gutter, or a storm drain, which keeps us compliant with California stormwater rules.

How long does it take?

About three to five minutes per bin. Our truck is usually on your street for less than ten minutes, and you do not have to be there for any of it.
