Question 1

What happens after I book?

Accepted Answer

You get a confirmation email and text within minutes, including your account details and your first scheduled service date. A few days before your first cleaning, we will send a reminder to leave your bins out at the curb, empty, on your regular trash pickup day. Our technician arrives shortly after your trash truck, once your bins are empty, so you never have to move them twice. We clean the inside and outside of each bin using high heat pressurized water, then apply a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment. Your bins are left spotless at the curb, and you get a text confirming the service is complete. For recurring plans, this repeats automatically on your chosen schedule. You can log in anytime to change your plan, skip a cleaning, or update payment details.

Question 2

How soon is my first cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Most first cleanings happen within one to two weeks of booking, timed to your regular trash pickup day. Your exact date is in your confirmation, and we send a reminder text a few days before.

Question 3

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Leave your bins at the curb, empty, on your normal trash day and we handle the rest. We do not need access to your water, your power, or your gate.

Question 4

What if I forget to leave my bins out?

Accepted Answer

Let us know before your service window and we will move you to the next available date at no charge. If we arrive and the bins are not out, we text you and reschedule once for free.

Question 5

Can I change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. Log in to your account and switch frequency, add bins, or remove bins. Changes apply to your next scheduled cleaning.

Question 6

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Residential plans are month to month with no commitment. HOA and commercial accounts use a simple written agreement so pricing and schedule are clear for everyone.

Question 7

What if I want to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel from your account in a few clicks with no cancellation fee. You are only billed for cleanings we have already completed.

Question 8

How much does it cost to clean extra bins?

Accepted Answer

On our monthly residential plan the first bin is $35 per month and each additional bin is $30. New customers pay just $30 per bin for their entire first month. Additional bins cost less on every plan because we are already at your curb.

Question 9

How do you clean the bins?

Accepted Answer

We lift each bin and blast the interior walls, floor, lid, and exterior with pressurized water heated to roughly 200 degrees, then apply a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment. The heat and pressure remove the residue a garden hose leaves behind.

Question 10

What happens to the dirty water?

Accepted Answer

All of it is captured in a tank on our truck and disposed of at an approved facility. Nothing runs into the street, the gutter, or a storm drain, which keeps us compliant with California stormwater rules.

Question 11

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

About three to five minutes per bin. Our truck is usually on your street for less than ten minutes, and you do not have to be there for any of it.

Question 12

How often should bins be cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Monthly is the right rhythm for most households with kids, pets, or regular food waste, especially in warm months. Quarterly is enough for smaller households, and every six months works if you bag everything tightly.

Question 13

Do you use harsh chemicals?

Accepted Answer

No. Our sanitizing treatment is safe around kids and pets, and the heat of the water does most of the disinfecting work.

Question 14

Do you service my city?

Accepted Answer

We serve more than 100 cities across Los Angeles County and Orange County. Enter your zip code on our service area page and we will confirm in a second.

Question 15

What if I am outside your area?

Accepted Answer

Join the waitlist during booking. We open new neighborhoods based on demand, and waitlist addresses are the first ones we contact when a route reaches them.
